You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your phbinggo account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method linked to your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. phbinggo will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
phbinggo is required under PAGCOR guidelines and applicable anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:
Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
An account that has not had any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100, deducted from the remaining account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. phbinggo will send notification emails to the registered address prior to applying any dormancy fees.
All financial transactions on the phbinggo platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phbinggo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers — including GCash, Maya, and Philippine banks — may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside phbinggo's control.
Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
phbinggo is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits must be funded from payment methods owned and registered in the account holder's name. phbinggo reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns and to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbinggo's total cumulative liability to you in connection with the platform and these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your phbinggo account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the claim.

phbinggo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for breach, any balance comprising Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money Balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any pending regulatory review, provided no countervailing legal obligation prevents such return. Account terminations due to responsible gaming self-exclusion requests are subject to the terms of Section 9.
You may voluntarily close your phbinggo account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requires that all active wagering activity has settled and that no pending withdrawals are outstanding. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of account closure.
phbinggo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the phbinggo platform, with a minimum of 14 calendar days' notice prior to the effective date of the changes, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and phbinggo, you are encouraged to contact phbinggo's customer support team in the first instance. phbinggo will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory procedures.
For disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
